Plan Review
We specialize in professional third-party plan reviews for all fire protection and building code mandated fire safety systems. Our expert team meticulously examines plans and documentation for compliance with locally adopted and approved codes specific to the project's jurisdiction. We offer these services to municipalities, design teams, contractors, and clients.
Following our Plan Review Services, clients can expect one of three outcomes:
Stamp of Validation
If we find the plans to be consistent with the intent of the relevant codes adopted and approved by the local jurisdiction, we will issue our stamp indicating our Technical Opinion Validation. It's important to note that even with our stamp, plans are still subject to review and final approval by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
Comments
In cases where areas of the plans do not meet the intent of the relevant codes, we will provide detailed comments based on our Technical Opinion. These comments may include areas that require revision or clarification to ensure compliance. At an additional cost, we can provide written supporting documents to further explain our recommendations.
Any additional reviews of changes made after the initial comments will incur an additional cost. Our team is committed to providing thorough and actionable feedback to help clients achieve compliance and project success.
